Violation of Probation For Not Paying Restitution

I was orig. charged with 5 misdemeanor worthless check charges and was sentence to 6 months mail in probabiotn with restitution. I could not pay it all back and was arrested for 5 misdemeanor vops (one for each of the orig. charges). How do i go about getting a cont. at court and would they reinstate my probabtion or would i have to spend jail time.

Don't count on getting your probation reinstated if you don't pay off the bad checks. If you had a lawyer for your plea deal, consider consulting your lawyer about your probation violation. Otherwise, consider getting a lawyer.
