Default Kansas Workers' Compensation Benefits
We offer an overview of Kansas workers' compensation benefits.

However it sounds like your issue is less one of what benefits you might receive as a result of a work-related injury, and more one of how to establish the extent of the work-related portion of the re-injury, and how to get around the worker's compensation carrier's anticipated argument that your work-related injury had little effect on your condition. For that type of analysis, it would be helpful to consult a Kansas workers' compensation lawyer.
