Glass Emporium in Massachusetts

A friend of mine and I are looking to open an online Glass Emporium which will sell glass related products for tobacco use only. What kind of licenses would we need inorder to open this business and have it be 100% legit? Also we do want to eventually open up a store front in Salam, MA or any of the surrounding areas.
