Help With A New Jersey Expungement Petition

I was arrested in NJ and the charges were eventually dismissed.

The charges listed on the police report appear to differ slightly from the charges listed on the Certified Transcript of Docket from the Municpal Court.

This case involved indibtable offenses that were remanded to Municple Court. All charges were dismissed.

It appears in municipal court the charges were ammended from the original charges on the police report.

My question: Which charges do I list on my petitiion for expungement? The charges listed on the police report or the charges listed on the Certified DocketTranscript. The expungement order will eventually go to the police dept.

The court documents reflect what you were actually charged with, so that's what I would use.
