It is located in the state or states where you conduct business operations. It is possible to be sued in other states, depending upon your business conduct.
Thanks for reply .Suppose I teach foreign languages and have a school on line,lessons are prepared in another country,instructors teaching the courses live in different countries and the internet services are provided by a host in yet another country but im the one who put this all together ,what is then the location of the business ?![]()
For other nations, check the laws of those other nations. For the U.S., the answer remains the same.
