I got sued for a repossession back in 2002. On my credit report it reads Charged-off. However every month it reads Key Derogatory for Experian. For every month since 2005 to now 2007 and it is destroying my credit. There is another agency on my credit report that is collecting the garnishments every week as of today. My question is can the orignal account be erased off my credit report? There is no reason for the orignal account to be on my credit report. Can anyone give me any advise?
