    Default Canadian statute of limitations

    first i would like to say (great forum) just found it today
    Anyway i have a question for you all
    i read a previous post about someone in Ontario being in trouble 20 yrs ago and he says that the warrant is still out there. and the answer given was no real reply to the question though : Does Canada or the Provinces have a (Statute of Limitations) on criminal charges. Is there a place to find out and if so can you point me in that direction. Thank you very much

    Default Criminal Statute of Limitations in Canada

    I understand Canada to have a ten year statute of limitations for summary offenses, and no statute of limitations for indictable offenses.
