Default Motion to Vacate in Los Angeles
I had a judgement filed against me in 1995 for $289,000 by default(never was notified of judgement). They just re-filed for another 10 years. I want to motion to vacate, but I am unsure which forms I need to submit. Can I do this myself or should I retain an attorney? Please help.

Default Huge Judgment
Given the size of the judgment, you should consult a lawyer. If you cannot get the judgment set aside, you might want to consult with a bankruptcy lawyer to see if it is dischargeable.
