    Default Adverse Possession in Idaho

    i live in the state of idaho. my question is? in 1945 my father bought a piece of land and we the family have paid the taxes on this property every year. now we have been told that our father never really bought it. the kids of this person are now claiming rights to it. can we do adverse possession on it and if so how do we begin?
