Default Criminal Statute of Limitations in California - Felony Grand Theft PC487

Need to file a motion to dismiss criminal complaint filed in California for Felony Grand theft. Complaint alleges acts committed were in 1999 to 2003.

What is/are the PC sections that I need to review that state the limiting dates, to I believe, 3 years?

If any of you out there have filed this motion, would appreciate a copy.

    Thanks.
