Okay here it goes...
We just found out that we did not purchase a owners policy when we bought our 5 acres. This was a complete surprise to us since we were told that it was there when we signed at closing. We did not refuse anything at closing and did NOT sign any waiver saying we refused title insurance. I know is some states a Waiver of refusel must be signed I don't know for AZ. Though we I talked to someone at the Title co. they said it is standard practice to sign a Waiver form. I just don't know what to do. The title company is saying they can't access my fold for review because they sent it to an attorny. Please help.
