    Default DNA evidence

I met someone in a club, I left with that person...when went to his house and decide to have sex....i change my mind so we didn't have sexual intercouse, but instead, enjecated on my stomach. I became upset and went to the police station....Was that the right thing to do. Now i have ruined this person life in the community and with family...Can i change my mind about pressing charges. I did agree he could do it on my stomach. I just was mad, because he told me he was married.

You told the police he committed a felony. They don't need your permission to proceed to charge him on the basis of your claim.

How can they charge him if i agreed to have sex and he could conduct a sex act on me. I told them i didn't agreed. My question is should i tell the police the truth or at this point would they believe me. I don't want to send a guy to jail who didn't do anything to me that i wasn't in agreement. help me

They have charged him because you lied to them.

You should probably consult a criminal defense lawyer, in relation to how to extricate yourself and your victim from this situation with the least amount of damage to either of you.
