Default Domestic Violence
The guy attacked you in front of your child and you want him back? As non-judgmentally as I can: DUMP THE LOSER.

States typically do not let victims withdraw domestic violence charges because too many people who have actually been battered (like you) want to drop the charges to protect their guilty boyfriends from the consequences of battering them.[/b]
