Default Pennsylvania SUI and SDI taxes for Non-Residents

I just started a new job. My work site is in PA, I live in WV, and I have never resided in PA. Should I be paying PA SUI/SDI taxes (these are state unemployment and short-term disability taxes)?

My employer is based in VA and I have private short-term disability insurance through them also.

If you're eligible to claim benefits, then it makes perfect sense that you would be paying the taxes even though you live in a different state. If not, then I understand your point. I suggest you try contacting the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue.
