Question Co-Worker's Comments As A Form Of Harassment

OK I have had enough! I need to know if this is a form of harassment or not. In my office there is a coworker (Caucasian, female in her mid 50's) that is known to be very temperamental and not friendly at all she works in the Finance department which is located near my office and in between the 2 areas there is a door that connects the 2 departments. I have worked here for 1 1/2 years and since I started she has been giving me the dirty look, never says hello back, she storms into my office to drop off some loan documents to me, she has even done that when I have clients at my desk, she also has made comments behind my back regarding my perfume and how she can't stand it, but yet she smell like a cigarette butt and I have never complained or made any comments, she also slams the door between the two departments when I'm outside my office talking to my supervisor or a client leaving my office. The latest one was today when she stormed into my office and with out saying anything but giving me the dirty look she stormed out and on the way out ran into another co-worker (Hispanic, male; who she has made similar comments about him in the past) and made the comment that she can not stand my perfume and proceeded to slam the door again between the two departments. I have tried to let my supervisor know that this is happening, but he said that no one can touch her since she has been with the organization for a long time and apparently does a good job. I am a female Hispanic in my early 30's can anyone help me. Everyone at this office is scared off this woman, but no one will do anything. She has even told another coworker in the past that he smelled like a whore! and yet the one that really stinks is her. Please help! The organization is located in California.

Okay... that's a start. But do you think it's actionable?

If she's treating everyone this way, then it is not ILLEGAL harassment.

    I think you misunderstood me.

    I don't have any employees.

What I said was: That settles it...I am going to be rude to EVERYONE!

    Except you, of course!

I would probably try and work it out with her without making the situation worse. Talk to her boss if it doesn't work.
