are illegals who steal Social Security Numbers deported?
Identity fraud is a crime, and criminal acts can get you deported. Also, using somebody else's SSN to try to get into the country can result in permanent ineligibility to enter the U.S.
I am talking about illegal Aliens who are already here, like those who cross our border, then steal someones Social Security Number. Not those who do it beforehand. Are those people rounded up and deported? Say the illegal is mexican but lives in ohio. He is a hard worker, but has stolen someones identity. Are they sent home?
As I said, identity fraud is a crime, and criminal acts can get you deported.
Absolutely. The third Wednesday of every month a large van is dispatched to go throughout Ohio to herd all the illegal Mexicans. They are hosed down and searched for all illegally confiscated social security cards. Those who in fact have illegal SS cards are directly shipped back to the Mexico boarder.![]()
If a US citizen steals a SSN they are jailed. If an illegal alien does it, it is covered up. How is that fair? Why aren't employers of illegals heavily fined?
Identity theft is prosecuted when committed by undocumented workers.
Why aren't employers of undocumented workers fined or prosecuted in a meaningful manner? Because they have lobbyists working very hard to prevent that from happening.
