Not sure how to handle this!

My parents owned a house. They moved out & my brother & his wife & kids moved in, with no rental agreement/lease. My parents have now sold their house to my sister & her husband/kids. My sister wants my brother to move out of the house (which she now owns) by the end of May. My brother just emailed her and said, "Sorry, we can't move until the end of June." How does my sister legally get occupancy of her house by the end of May? (This is in Michigan.)
