Default Child's Aunt Is Claiming Guardianship And Child Support

We recently received a letter from Child's Aunt (mother's older sister) asking for child support for child. We never knew of him moving in with her, or even that she was ever granted guardianship. For her to be able to do this doesn't she need to have court appointing documents for her to be his guardian? And if that ever happened wouldn't the bio-father (my spouse) be informed before that happened? Also, Can we file for emergency custody as well as abandonment against the mother as there is no guardianship papers filed?

You mean the same child that you don't think is your husbands?

Your HUSBAND has the right to seek custody.
