    Angry Employer Plagiarism in Illinois

My employer asked if it would be ok to post my past logo work on their site and claim it as their own. with their own descriptions of the scope of work. mis - representing their company, there are witnesses. As a new employee how was I to get out of this without the risk of loosing my job at the time. I left the job after 4 weeks for a number of reasons, one being hired under false pretenses- as well. Do I have a case?

A case for what? There was nothing illegal about asking the question. You didn't have to agree if you didn't want to.

What law do you think was violated here?
