Default Length of worker comp
In TN. I got hurt by a forklift 10-1-2004 and had surgery 12-23-04 on my knee and still having problems with it. My next Dr. appointment is not until 10-21-2005. Are there a time limit on a worker comp even if I am still under a Dr. care?
Thanks,

Default Workers' Compensation
A time limit for making a claim? Yes - you should make a timely report of any work-related injury, and the possibility that you will require coverage under the employer's workers' compensation policy, to your employer.

If you are speaking about a time limit after which you won't be entitled to medical treatment, under Tennessee workers' compensation law, full medical benefits are provided to employees entitled to workers' compensation benefits with no time or monetary limits.
