Getting a pardon on assault causing bodily harm in Canada
I had no prior record, was convicted march 2002 and have had no issues since. Does anyone know how long until I can get a pardon????

Pardon Law in Canada
The RCMP offers information on obtaining a pardon.
According to the pardon application instructions provided by the National Parol Board, you must wait three to five years after completion of your sentence to qualify for a pardon., three years for summary convictions and five years for indictable offenses.
