Default No communication from employer
 I am suppose to start physical therapy and can not get any confirmation from my employer. They are saying the comp insurance is the hold up. Can I contact them directly or go further up in my company. I work for a nation wide corporation and have been with them over ten years.? I don't want to get stuck with a bill.

Default Problem with Workers' Compensation Carrier
Why don't you ask your employer if you can contact the compensation carrier directly, such that you don't risk ruffling any feathers? If they agree, they should be able to give you the name of the adjuster they have been working with.
