Default 60% rating + medical
What a great site!
My brother was injured in 2004, double herniated disc. He was released with light duty. After working a night or so a line boss (production work) moved him to another machine. My brother told him that it was hurting him and could he go back to the other. The guy got mad and told him he could just go home if he wasn't going to cooperate. I think they both exchanged some heated words.

Anyway, he's been waiting all this time for his case to come up Now his lawyer says he is trying to get them to agree to a 60% disability rating w/ medical benefits & they will drop the wrongful dismissal. We are not sure if this is a positive thing or not. My family has been carrying him $$ and he does not want to get another job until he has the sugery.

I suspect that the lawyer is giving a sound recommendation.
