    Default Is Marriage a Considered a Legal Contract in Oklahoma

    If a minor were to obtain the right to enter into a contract in Oklahoma, could that minor then get married without parental consent.

    I don't see anything in Oklahoma's emancipation law which suggests that it trumps the requirement that minors get parental permission to marry.
