Getting Your Arrest Record

I was wondering where could I can get my arrest record? I was not convicted, but arrested. I would like to see what kind of record is there on me. I am in Washington. I did a check on Washington State Patrol Website and it only shows convictions. How can I accest to my arrest record? Should I contact the local police station? Is that legal to request the record?
