Hello everyone.

I wonder if anyone can help me please. I'm a 28 year old man living in london england. I am currently going through a divorse from my wife whom I married in the July of 2004. We lived together for about one and an half years before our marriage fell apart and she moved out. When we where married I supported my wife as she looked after our son while I worked. We have now been married for nearly 3 years.

I believe my wife now wants to claim alimony on top of what I pay her in child support. We however never had a lot of money and now I have even less. What chance do you think she would have in claiming?

Also when we split we devided the proceeds of the selling of the house 50/50 but she now wants more of that money which I have spent in rebuilding my life. Would she be entitled to any of that too please?
