Question Injury Settled, But Now It's Worse
KANSAS. I hurt myself on the job.(neck) went through a varity of treatments. Dr. decides ppd. recieved a settlement. my injury is getting worse. Do I have any hope of medical help, orhave i burned a bridge since i settled?

If it has been a yr or less since your injury then you may still have a case.
