Does anyone have any information whether good or bad in regards to having a conviction vacated from over 20 years ago involving DUI's. If I could get one vacated then my husband may be able to get a permanent revocation changed to 10 years and since that time has passed could possible get his license restored. We don't live in Florida, never have. An attorney told us, while technically possible, highly unlikely because of the amount of time lapse. If I could find one case to research or one attorney who has actually has experience in this I would be so grateful. I need a starting point and am not familiar with who the (biggest, baddest attorney) would be in Florida. I know that sounds strange putting it that way, but It's who I would need to attempt this.
