Default Collecting Unemployment While On Workman's Comp
If you are getting workman's comp can you also claim unemployment

Have you in fact been terminated from your employer? If so, are you still receiving workers' comp benefits for your lost wages?

Ordinarily you are able to receive only one form of wage replacement benefits, which would mean unemployment or worker's compensation.

one requirement for recieving UI in Colorado (and probably every other state) is that you are able to work.

Are you able to accept work?

If not, then no, you cannot claim UI benefits.
