Default Aggravated Assault and Assault with a Weapon Charges
Hello , I am 20 years old. never been in trouble with the law before . I was drinking with a few friends one night. Way to Much , Don't remember anything that happend that night. I woke up in a cell at the local cop shop . saying that i had stabbed a guy who i was let say at my house at that time. I donot remember anything so I donot have a defence . I have been going to AA and keeping a steady job and doing everything possible to help my situation out. My Trail is in 8 days I need some help if you don't mind.

Default Aggravated Assault Charge
You need a lawyer. If you can't afford a lawyer, petition the court to appoint one to defend you.
