We need a standard answer for shoplifters.

It seems to be le crime du jour!

No we just need to cut a finger off of the thieves and deport the foreigners that come to this country and steal. Perhaps tattooing the word thief across their foreheads.

I think anyone coming into our country, and breaking the law, in any way shape or form, should be deported immediately. Just my opinion.

So this 'guy', let's call him "Ray Turbo", is a U.S. Citizen. He came back from a trip to Mexico and was pulled over for speeding shortly after crossing the border. Him too?
