Someone has placed a levy on my checking account. After pulling up my credit report I believe it was from a company who had a judgement on me. I owe them $237.

I have (had) the money in my checking account and would have no problem paying them. What is the turn-around time if I am willing to pay them right away?

Weren't they able to garnish enough money to satisfy the judgment?

In terms of what they might do? You have to contact them and ask.
