Hi,
I have recently started a new business project. The last few months have been pure chaos and hair pulling but my plan is down and solid and all of the operations that is in need to get the business off it's ground is operating as planned.
My business is just out of seed stage and at this step of the business, it is mainly online. Of course within the next few years after it has established a name for itself I would like to take it off online and work at it both ways.
Considering the fact that my business will be running mostly online, I have to come up with my terms and conditions and privacy policies to protect myself.
When do business owners at a start up stage hire their business lawyer? I don't want to waste any time of the lawyers if the operations are not yet at that stage that most lawyers want.
Thanks for any advice in advance!
