Default Settlement Amount to Expect for Long-Term Residual Disability
Diagnosed with RSD (CRPS) , WC doctor gave 60% disabiltiy left lower extremity at 207 weeks. Does anyone know what the PPD $ will be? Do they base that on what the average income I made while working? If so it was appx.$375 week. How long does it take before they start paying PPD? I have a pre-hearing set for April. I have had no income since January this year.

Workers comp laws are different in each state. You should consult a lawyer in your state.
