Q: How can I get him to come to GA to go to court? if he doesn't show up will I automatically get the judgement?

A: I don't know how to get anyone to do anything. But if he is properly summonsed and then does not show up, you need to ask for a default judgment. (Nothing is automatic.) Then you will have to go to the state where he works, register the judgment, and then try to latch onto any property he has.

Do other states usually honor legal judgments of other states?

You normally have to register them for enforcement, give notice to the other party and, if a timely objection is filed, establish at a court hearing that any objection to registration and enforcement is without merit.
