Default Lawsuit Advance Funding - Pro's and Con's

Has anyone on here done this before? How good or how bad was dealing with the Advance companies? As I am interested in doing this for my WC and malpractice cases.

Default Re: Lawsuit Advance Funding. How does it work?

It's almost always the most expensive way to get money. The companies which offer funding only do so in cases that they believe will result in a settlement or verdict sufficient to cover both repayment and their fees. And their fees tend to be high. Thus, I regard pre-settlement funding as a last choice option.
