Default Dealership Can't Repair Problems, With Warranty About To Expire

I purchased Nissan Titan 04 in June 06.I purchased car in Audi dealership. When I purchased car they was still under the factory warranty (until february 07).In september I start having problems with my truck, check engine light went on and car start shaking. I took car to dealership and code that shower up was multiple misfire, but they couldnt find problem, and manager tried to convince me that it went on withour reason.Same problem occure after couple weeks and same thing again.
My car are in dealership since december 06 and they cant fix them.Actually they called me several times and told me that car are fixed but after hour of driving check engine lite go back on and truck start shaking again. All this time I am making payments on my truck, while it is seating in Nissan Shop. Now even my warranty expired and I dont know what to do anymore.I tried to call Nissan corporate office but everytime they promise me that somebody will call me back and ofcourse nobody calls me.
Do I have any rights? Is there anything similar to lemon law that is applying on my case? I am close to take my car to bank, and give them back keys, messed up my credit history....

In my own personal experience, I've never had problems with car dealerships working on an ongoing problem for me as the warranty expires.

I had a 99 Ford Ranger (purchased new) and it had a few different electrical problems. One (annoying) problem was the windshield wipers would go by themselves occasionally - sometimes when you used the turn signal.

I had it fixed in 99, 2000 (twice), 2002 (after the warranty expired) and once again 2003 (out of warranty). So far so good now for the last 3.5 years. They never charged me for any of the repairs.

So, keep working with the dealership. If they give you a hard time, you might have some legal ground, but IANAL so someone else can probably help you.

Definitely don't default on your loan - no good will come from that!

    messed up my credit history....
You messed up your credit history over this? How?

Sorry for my english,I meant I will mess up my credit.
I know that they are working but my car spent in shop last 3 months while I was making payments and did not drive them.
If they cant fix it they should do something about it.I feel lik ethat i am making payments for something that i dont have it.

Keep taking the truck back. We had "check engine light" problems with a chevy, one dealer failed to fix it 3 times, in the shop for four days... then a different mechanic fixed it it 5 minutes. Cars use computers-this is a knowledge/experience thing.
