Default Finding court forms
Hello,

Where can those of us who need to initially represent ourselves (pro se) in a debt lawsuit, find samples of court forms and other needed documents?

I specifically need to find them for Georgia, Fulton Co, but I know from reading that others might need info as well.

I received a very good free lawyer consult a few yrs ago who helped me type up my answer docs to the initial summons/suit, but now when I need to appeal a non binding arbitration award (or submit a pleading to demand a non jury trial?), I can't find anything "free" on the net.

And if I had the money to pay an attorney, I would be trying to pay the ppl suing me. I don't want to end up on the street to get an attorney and then end up in bankruptcy court because of that.

Any info on websites would be gratefully appreciated, by us all

Thanks again to everyone here!

You can get some standard court forms here. You should also be able to go to the court and look at existing case files, to see how various pleadings are drafted.
