Default Any Suggestions For Hearing Tomorrow?
I injured my shoulder at work in 3-2006, went to their dr for 3 months to which then the company stated I was better, but their dr. didn't. Went to my own who sent me to a specialist. Had surgery in August, seen a comp dr. in NOV. who injured my bicep muscles during examination. Was informed in Feb. of this year by my specialist that I need to get real about my expectations of recovery. Says I wasn't built for the work I was doing, and shouldn't ever expect my body to do the same work I was doing before ever again. I have been released to work since Jan. with restrictions, which the company claims there isn't any work for me within these restrictions, but they had work for me when it was their own dr. putting the restrictions on me. I know I have a case, my question is do you have any suggestions or comments as to what to expect during the hearing tomorrow? I am really nervous, my life and my childrens depend on me working, or at least being able to achieve some type of income. I haven't recieved any pay since Jan, when my short term disability payments expired. Looking for answers on the internet....

its a sad day when you realize that your 3 year old doesn't have to ask you which arm hurts anymore, and they know you can no longer pick them up.

That's today?

Very simply: Be organized. Be honest. Be courteous. Follow your lawyer's advice.
