    Default Divorcing An Overseas Spouse

I need some advice and right direction I should go about this issue.
My father was(still is) married to my mother but in 90's left us and moved to Chicago Il. USA. In short period of time, filed for devorce by publication, got one not sending any notices or information about that event to his first wife. Instead ,he or his lawyer send some of required divorce papers to a fake adress obtaining prove that condition of informing spouse was served. My mother never got clue about devorce untill his recent death. Shortly after divorce was granted he remaried for purpose of obtaining green card.
If anyone has any idea how to search justice in this matter I will appreciate all inputs.
I live in Poland and my parents are still maried according to latest data obtained from local marriage registration bureau.

    Thanks for your replay.
    Are you an attorney?
My intention is to prove that judgement for disolusion of marriage was granted base on false statement and without wife knowledge about divorce process and mutual agreement betwean spouses (my parents).
They're still married in Poland, having the same adress, owning property.
Because my father was killed in traffic accident while an the job, we are trying to become eligible for workers compensation and insurance benefits but at present time an American wife is claiming all rights to all of the benefits. I need to know about statute limitation to question this kind of issues.

If you want to actually pursue obtaining relief, you need to hire a lawyer in the county where your father died as soon as possible.
