i work for a world wide company( Big) i operate machinery where there is alot of repetative lifting ,pulling, and pushing. alot of stress on the upper body. I've been doing this for over 8 years. Aprox. 2 years ago my shoulder/ back started hurting. The bosses in my department have been informed from near the begining . I never wrote up a report because of their accident policy. in plan words, you get hurt on the job, you get a point against you, you lose your bonus and your quarterly pay raise after aprox 2 years i could take it no more and went to see my doctor about it. he said it was job related and i needed to see a orthopedic doctor. the next day i told my supervisor that i needed to see a doctor for my sholder/ back. After 2 week of telling him, i then told him i'm going to see a lawyer friday if you dont send me within the next 3 days. They sent me to ocupatenal health  they said it was bercidis and treated me with pain killer and antiimflamtory drugs and therupy(sorry my spelling aint that great . It was no better. so finally they sent me to where my doctor said i needed to go. he said it was my neck, did a mri and he said it was my neck and that some artrtis is starting. He said he could'nt fix it. if it was just one he could. so now i'm in limbo working so called light duty (fork lift) the doctor said i should get a lawyer.
what am i entitled to under workmans comp? I have broken my back for this company. ps. the person that trained me on this job is also injuryed and has had i think 3 operations on the shoulder and hand. This job as a whole will hurt you over time.
