Seeking Emancipation Help and Advice

i want to emancipate myself. I cant live with either of my parents because they drive me crazy ( literally) i have real problems, my dad isnt really even in my life. with my mom, i have anger issues, which i cant control anymore. my biggest problem is, i am not able to obtain a job, therefore i am not able to get a place to live, therefore, i have no proof i am able to support myself. I can not live in this household anymore, i cant deal with my anger even my therapist knows that i am constantly mad at my parents and that i need medical help. I NEED help getting emancipated... but i have none of the proof i need... HELP!!!!!

If you cannot meet requirements to be emacipated then its not an option

Is your therapist not providing you with therapy? It seems to me that, if your parents are paying for therapy, they are trying to help you deal with your anger issues. Perhaps you should try harder to deal with your anger toward your mother? Why are you so angry with her?

i can only see my therapist once a month, which isnt sufficient. and my mom wont take me to get on my medication again, cuz she hates the thought of it (which i understand)
i have anger towards my mother because she cheated on my dad, she moved me away from my friends, she lies to me, she's an alcoholic ( unadmitted to herself) and she keeps things from me. Not the best mother in the world.

A minor teen who has anger issues s/he cannot control, who is in therapy, who does not have a job (for whatever reason) and who cannot demonstrate that they can support themselves, is not a candidate for emancipation.
