I think a test was done by the county hospital that found him 99.8% match, and he signed the birth certificate. Is this enough Aaron, I myself do not know how it works?
I have a blood test (paternity) that was done Feb, 1995. It says I cannot be excluded as the father. It says the cumulative Paternity Index is 170. The probability of paternity is 99.42. There is no resemblance whatsoever of the boy and myself, and I pay alot of money. Ive been put in jail for a month and this girl has haunted me for years. I had a heart attack 3 years ago, which I attribute that to her and all the panic attacts she has given me. We only dated for 5 weeks. I faked the sex orgasms 5 out of 6 times and that was it. Under oath she said she was on the pill. B/S, She has gone on and done the same thing to another guy. The same B.S., took the pill, waited till best time for sex (ovalating when the time was right). I would love some advise from anybody about a pathalogical liar, even under oath, she has ruined many people's lives, she has driven people out of state, She has e-mailed the most sweetest, wonderful person in the world (my Mom) and called her an evil bitch. My Brother died 12/15/06 of heart failure and she thought that was funny. She laughed. This person who never met her died at 49 years old. Would anybody think a DNA might help or give me a piece of mind. Thank you.

You can get a DNA paternity test if you wish, as long as you don't mind paying for it. You don't even need to draw blood - you can get it done with a buccal (cheek) swab. It will probably confirm the original test result. Even if it contradicts the prior test, it won't necessarily provide a basis to release you from the prior finding of paternity. But there's a good chance it will put some of your concerns to rest.

You're going to court for what? Nonpayment of support?

If you start calling lawyers now, you can probably find one who can appear with you in court.

I have been trying to get a withholding order for support and arrears for over 1 and a half years and several thousand dollars. I just dont know why I cant get that order entered to my employer. I have given them 11/02 affidavit, income tax returns, all I want to do is get a withholding order in. I want to pay and stay out of jail. I spent 3 weeks in county jail last Feb "06" I was unemployed. I got a job right away when I got out. Now it's continuance one after another and the bill is to the point I cant afford, thus my attorney is withdrawing monday. Any advise, as a cardiac patient I am scared to death. I have already had a open heart surgery and suffer heart disease, my 1 year older brother died just a couple of months ago from heart failure. I donot want to die in a jail cell. I pay her money every 2 weeks (payday) 20% and more. Any advise would be greatful. MFJ23

This means that there is a virtual certainty.

I need to get a withholding order entered so I can stay out of jail, I have had enough of going to court every month. Ive done everything the court has asked me to do. I am making every effort to pay as much as I can on the arrears. This girl after a couple of times (sexual Intercourse) is trying to ruin my life. She lives in a $750,000.00 house, drives a new BMW and doesn't have a job, just a rich Dad. I cant go back to jail for indirect civil contempt, I shouldn't have to. I need legal council and my attorney is withdrawing Monday3/12/07 because I owe him $3500.00. I really have no idea what to do here. Any advise is greatful. MFJ23

If there's no withholding order in place, you pay the support yourself until a withholding order is in place.

I guess I have no choice, thank you ever so kindly for getting back to me. I have to admit I am still petrified about getting out of county jail after 3 weeks on a 6 month suspended sentence. That was 02/07/2006 until about 03/02/2006 because i was laid off work at the time and I was getting behing on a $1600.00 a month child support order to nothing. Thank you, MFJ23
