Can someone tell me how it works?

I pay my child support in FL thru a depository account and have enforced CS thru my work place.

Now new CS deduction have been establish in court but, I still have the old CS deduction and my job, as per my personal will not be corrected until CS send them (my work place) some type of form?

How can I correct this?
What did I have to do………

Also will I be able to get back the over paid amount?

They need an updated income withholding order. See if you can get Child Support Services to issue a corrected order. You should get credit for any overpayment.
