    Default Expungement or Seal for Misdemeanors

    Ok... I need help I need to file for a seal order or expungment of a 4th degree attempted misdemeanor and attempted computer trespass misdemeanor in 2003. How.. I need to do this asap as I am unable to clear background checks for employment.. :-) Please help

    New York does not have a law for sealing records from adult criminal convictions. Somebody recently posted that the legislature is considering a new law which will permit expungement.
