why did you say the sol was 10 years on this acct
An overview of Missouri's statutes of limitation. If this is an action upon a writing for the payment of money, the statute of limitations is 10 years. (MRS § 516.110). Otherwise the five year period of MRS § 516.120 applies.
i have read that the sol on medical bills start ot the time of service
You mean that it stops running when a lawsuit is served?
who said anything about a law suit i asked a simole question
