    Default Criminal statute of limitations in West Virginia

    what is the staute of limlitations for stagitory rape in west virgina. it was committed agaisnt me and the person was prosecuted i just want to know how long i could have went without telling till the person would have been out of trouble. so i want to know the limitations on this

    Default West Virginia - Criminal Statute of Limitations

    West Virginia has no statute of limitations for felony prosecutions. State v. Carrico, 189 W. Va. 40, 43, 427 S.E.2d 474, 477 (1993).
