Default Old Credit Card Debt in Pennsylvania
i have an old credit card debt. since about 01' or 02' hasn't been paid on. a credit foundation usa sent me a letter saying the collector is going to sue me, call them back for help, yada yada. now this debt is mine, and i will pay if i have to of course. now i have not received any kind of notification from anyone else. any advice on that would be appreciated, but i'd like to know how the Statute of Limitations would apply to my situation. and if i would get sued and lose, could they take personal property, garnish wages???

please help with any advice you have. thank you

References to "a credit foundation" would normally be to a debt management company. Do you mean a collection agency?

i'm sorry, the name of the company that sent me the letter is called "Credit Foundation USA".

It looks like Pennsylvania would apply a four-year statute of limitations.
