Sister-in-law causing marriage problems

hi my husband and i have been married since may 17 2003.my sister in law (even before we were married)always talked bad about me lied,and always tells my husband he should leave me,im no good for him,we live in a small town in ohio she tells everyone in town that im not good for him,im cheating on him,she talks bad to my kids makes racist remarks about them and trys to get me to fight with her.she has stressed me out to the point were i did leave for a few days with my kids.my husband has told her to worry about her life and not his everytime we see her we end up fighting over something shes said or done.i love my husband and we get along great until she comes around or calls i wanted to know is there something i can do to make her stop?can i sue her for interfearing with our marriage?please hlep thank you

The best approach would probably be for your husband to assert himself, and insist that she stop her behavior. If she doesn't, you can stop going places where she will be present.
