Applying For Producer Property & Casualty License in Connecticut

HELLO,

I don't know if anybody will know this but I am applying for a producer license for property and casualty insurance in the state of Connecticut. I was charged with DWI this year and disorderly misconduct. Now I read the Criminal Convictions section of the guidelines and it says any convictions must be entered ( OTHER THAN A MOTOR VEHICLE INFRACTION).

Now I am just left with the question, wether or not I should mention these two convictions or not. They're actually not convictions yet anyway..once I do all the classes and everything my lawer said it will get dismissed. I just want to know if I should mention them on the application for the producer license!

If anybody knows anything about this matter! please reply!
